About HDC Services

Howlett Development and Construction Services (hdc) is owned and operated by Brent Howlett, P.Eng based in Burlington, Ontario. Its target market is the Western and Central Greater Toronto Geographic Area.

HDC's primary function is to provide Construction Management services to Land Development firms, small to medium sized Construction Companies and Engineering Consultants. The type of construction projects will typically involve Earthworks, Sewer, Watermain and Road Building in both the private, commercial, residential and municipal markets.
